1. The bed adopts a wide-width sidewall double-reinforced panel, and the inner-reinforced panel adopts a box-shaped and diagonal-reinforced composite structure. The overall rigidity is one-third higher than that of a single-wall door-shaped rib structure.
2. The control is centralized, the slide is equipped with a quick-moving mechanism, which is operated visually with a single handle; the main shaft is controlled by hydraulic pressure for the forward and reverse conversion and brake.
3. The structural rigidity and transmission rigidity of the lathe are high, the precision is stable, and powerful cutting can be carried out.
4. The sliding surface of the bed rail adopts TSF wear-resistant inlay structure, which is light and flexible in movement and has a long life; the lubrication system is a circulation outside the box, which improves the processing accuracy.

1. The front part
(1) The spindle box is used to drive the lathe spindle and chuck to rotate. Changing the position of the handle on the outside of the box can make the spindle get a variety of different speeds.
(2) The chuck is used to clamp the workpiece and drive the workpiece to rotate together.
2. Hanging wheel box part
Used to transfer the rotation of the spindle to the feed box. Changing the gears in the box and cooperating with the feed box can turn various threads with different threads.
3. Feeding part
(1) The feed box utilizes its internal gear mechanism to transmit the rotation movement of the main shaft to the lead screw or smooth rod. Changing the position of the handle on the outside of the box can make the lead screw or the smooth rod get a variety of different speeds.
(2) The long lead screw is used for turning thread. It can make the turning tool move in a very straight line according to the required transmission ratio through the sliding plate.
(3)The light bar is used to transmit the movement of the feed box to the slide box, so that the turning tool can feed linearly at the required speed.
