The main structural features of the machine tool:

2. Adopting the overall bed structure, the machine tool has high position accuracy, smooth chip removal, suitable for high-speed and high-precision machining.
3. High-speed, high-precision and high-rigidity spindle, frequency conversion spindle motor. The spindle is assembled in a constant temperature room. After assembly, it will run at a constant temperature for 72 hours, and then it will be tested for 72 hours after being put on the machine to ensure the reliability of high precision performance.
4. The 4-station vertical electric tool post is selected, which has fast tool changing speed and high positioning accuracy.
5. X and Z direction feed adopts precision ball screw, the servo motor is directly connected with the screw through the imported elastic coupling of high torque and low inertia, and the screw support adopts the pre-tension structure, which can eliminate the transmission backlash and compensate the machine tool in advance. The effect of thermal deformation on accuracy during long-term operation ensures positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy; advanced centralized automatic lubrication device, timing and quantitative automatic intermittent lubrication, stable and reliable work.
6. The machine tool protection adopts a full protection design, which is pleasant, beautiful and unique, reliable in waterproof and chip-proof, and easy to maintain.
