If high-speed and high-light requirements are required, a 6000-rpm high-speed electric spindle can be selected.
2. Rotating cylinder: The standard configuration adopts hydraulic rotating cylinder to make the clamping force greater, more stable, and longer service life. It can be replaced with pneumatic clamping according to the actual situation.
3. Screw: High-quality ground ball screw is used.
4. Guide rail: adopt Taiwan Hiwin guide rail, can be equipped with other brand configuration according to actual needs.
5. With the tool rest, the machining of long shaft workpieces can be realized.
It can be equipped with oil bath feeding, heavy hammer feeding and automatic feeding rack device to realize fully automated processing.
