The bullhead planer is a planer that performs linear reciprocating motion. The ram carries a planer. It is named because the blade holder at the front of the ram looks like a bullhead. Bullhead planers are mainly used for small and medium-sized bullhead planers. Most of the main movements of the bullhead planer are driven by a crank-rocker mechanism, so the moving speed of the ram is uneven.
1. The worktable of the bullhead planer can rotate left and right, and the worktable has a horizontal and vertical fast moving mechanism; it is used to plan inclined planes, thereby expanding the scope of use.
2. The feed system of the planer adopts a cam mechanism with 10 levels of feed. It is also very convenient to change the amount of knife.
3. The bullhead planer is equipped with an overload safety mechanism in the cutting system. When the cutting is overloaded due to careless operation or external force, the cutting tool will slip by itself, and the normal operation of the machine tool is guaranteed without damage to the parts.
4. Between the ram and the bed guide, as well as the gear pair with speed and the main sliding guide surface, there are lubricating oil from the oil pump for circulating lubrication.
The main moving parts of the machine tool, such as the ram guide rail, rocker mechanism, gearbox, feed box, etc., are lubricated by an oil pump, and the oil supply can be adjusted as needed.
When the machine tool is started, the oil pump starts to work. The oil pump sucks in the lubricating oil from the oil pool of the bed base through the oil filter, and passes it through the oil separator and pipelines to lubricate each part of the machine tool.
1. When the beam is raised and lowered, the locking screw must be loosened first, and the screw must be tightened when working.
2. It is not allowed to adjust the ram stroke during the operation of the machine tool. When adjusting the stroke of the ram, it is not allowed to use the tapping method to loosen or tighten the adjusting handle.
3. The stroke of the ram shall not exceed the specified range. High speed is not allowed when using a long stroke.
4. When the worktable is powered or shaken by hand, pay attention to the limit of the screw stroke to prevent the screw and nut from disengaging or damage to the machine tool.
