Short Description:

Feature of vmc550 vertical machining center

1. The casting structure has been analyzed by machine tool dynamics and finite element analysis, with high rigidity. After rough machining, a secondary heat treatment is carried out to ensure the elimination of processing stress.
2. The main drive adopts spindle motor and synchronous toothed belt drive with low transmission noise. The spindle is continuously variable in the range of 60-8000RPM, and it has strong adaptability to all kinds of parts processing.
3. The X, Y, and Z axes use high-precision C3 ball screws, with pre-compressed double nuts to ensure low backlash. The three-axis ball screw bearing is supported by precision P4 grade, special 60° angled ball thrust bearing for ball screw, high running accuracy
4. The capacity of the tool magazine is 12/16, and the structure has two options: hat type and manipulator.
5. The numerical control system is equipped with a standard RS-232 interface.
6. The wiring in the electrical box is in compliance with CE safety regulations to ensure that the control system is free from external interference during operation. A heat exchanger is used to quickly exhaust the hot air in the electrical box and maintain the constant temperature in the box, so that the control system can operate stably for a long time.
7. High-precision laser pitch compensation. The pitch of each drive shaft is compensated by a high-precision laser measuring instrument to make the positioning accuracy of each axis more accurate, and it is more suitable for processing high-precision parts.
