Short Description:

KX-25 is suitable for cutting copper, iron, and aluminum stainless steel bars with a diameter of less than 25mm. The X-axis travel is 500mm, and the Z-axis travel is 180mm. Using multiple patented technologies such as high rigidity and resistance to deformation, it can easily achieve high-speed cutting of 2mm steel on one side. The weight of the machine tool is about 1.5 tons, the machining accuracy is ±0.01mm, and it supports flat bed and inclined bed structures. It can realize the processing of parts such as straight line, taper, arc, thread, etc. It is especially suitable for the processing of bar materials below 25mm and the mass production of automatic pellets in the subsequent process. It can be equipped with a tool post and a simple turning-milling compound machine with various side and end power heads.

The clamping method can be changed from hydraulic to pneumatic clamping according to different application occasions of customers. If high-speed and high-light requirements are required, a 6000-rpm high-speed electric spindle can be selected.
2. Rotating cylinder: The standard configuration adopts hydraulic rotating cylinder to make the clamping force greater, more stable, and longer service life. It can be replaced with pneumatic clamping according to the actual situation.
3. Screw: High-quality ground ball screw is used.
4. Guide rail: adopt Taiwan Hiwin guide rail, can be equipped with other brand configuration according to actual needs.
5. With the tool rest, the machining of long shaft workpieces can be realized.
