The spindle support adopts high-quality, high-precision, high-speed bearings, and the spindle frequency conversion stepless speed regulation. The main shaft can be equipped with servo main shaft motor and servo drive, which reduces the start and brake time by 50%. The minimum cutting speed of the main shaft is 50r/min.
The lathe is driven by precision ball screws for vertical and horizontal travel.
Fully protected or semi-protected, the whole bed base, the bed guide rails are quenched and finely ground with ultrasonic frequency, and the sliding guide rails are all plastic-laminated.
The tool post has a row tool post or a four-station tool post, or the two can be mixed to increase the number of tools, which can be selected by the user.
The chuck, spring chuck and tailstock have manual, hydraulic and pneumatic options.
The main configuration of CNC system: KND, GSK, FANUC, Siemens, HNC, others are optional by users.

1.Casting: HT300 resin sand wear-resistant castings have high density and good wear resistance! The saddle adopts a double-layer casting structure, and the large A-shaped column structure shows high rigidity cutting ability.
