Product Features
1. The HMC1075 China horizontal cnc milling machine center main components are optimized by finite element analysis, the main cast iron is made of cast iron with stable metallographic structure, and the long-term accuracy of the machine tool is stable after aging, sandblasting, tempering and other processes.
2. The machine tool adopts integral T-shaped casting bed, gantry column, positive hanging box headstock structure. Triangular reinforcing ribs are arranged inside the bed, and the structure of the bed is heavy, so that the machine tool can obtain high rigidity and stable precision.
3. High rigidity spindle unit combined with servo spindle motor; X/Y/Z adopts high torque servo motor.
4.X/Y/Z adopts Taiwan large diameter ball screw with Japanese NSK ball screw pair bearing and imported locking.
