BK5020 CNC slotting machine is a new product designed and developed by our company. This machine tool has the functions of slotting plane, forming surface and keyway. It is a cutting machine tool that realizes slotting through digital control. This machine adopts famous domestic and foreign numerical control system to realize full-screen editing of Chinese character prompts. The main drive adopts a rocker mechanism, which is realized by a multi-speed motor through two-stage deceleration. The X and Y-direction feeds are servo controlled to achieve stepless speed regulation. The X-direction ball screw is directly connected to the motor, and the Y-direction ball screw is directly connected to the motor. Conveyed by timing belt.
